Originally from Pennsylvania, Bob has over 40 years of comprehensive experience in the tourism and hospitality industry
Experience
Co-owned the Mauna Loa Motel in New Jersey from 1
1979-1985
Started East Coast Touring Company in 1981, which he operated for 37 years
Explored over 100 countries and visited 6 continents
Was one of the youngest people ever elected to NTA's board of directors
Appointed to the White House Conference of Tourism by President Clinton
One of the founding partners in Travel Alliance Partners
Started TAP Gives Back, a foundation committed to helping children's charities. This program spurred other travel industry groups to form their own charities
In 2012, Bob co-founded Shore Excursions of America focusing on providing quality excursions to cruise passengers in 77 small US cities and ports.
Conducts customer training of on-board employees for the American Queen Steamboat Company
